Two years ago I signed up for SparkPeople for the first time. I lost 34 pounds in a little under a year!

My old profile said I didn't play any sports and rarely did anything active. That's all changed. I now play AND coach soccer and am currently training for my THIRD half marathon!

Since September, though, I've gained about 12 pounds back so now I'm back with SparkPeople to help me lose it again! Let the sequel begin!

1.) Half marathon training 4-5 days/week
2.) Arms and Abs workouts at the gym 3-4 days/week
3.) Plain old eating RIGHT!

Personal Information:
I live in Pittsburgh, but I'm originally from Hershey -- so every time I go home to visit my parents the amazing smell of chocolate draws me in. I think I need to start holding my nose when I hit I-83.

Other Information:
My boyfriend and I are doing this together -- and I'm really excited to grow (and shrink) with him as we go!

Did you get to get out and walk at all today? It was nearly 70 here! I could not believe it!! It is pouring now, though....

our winters have been funky lately, havent they?? I dont mind though, i am more of a summer girl :P Anyway, i wanted to check in. I love your grilling veggies idea. I might have to try it this weekend!! And my weigh in is Sunday. When's yours?

I'm really glad that I read the article when I had reached a place with peace of mind. I can say that I am concerned more with how I feel and my health than on just some random number on the scale.

Looks like our starting point was very similar! I too got my "spread" from stopping being very active and getting a "desk job". Best of luck, and I can't wait to see your results! Remember, its a lifestyle change, so go slow!!!

Hey girlie!! I saw your post on a bulletin recently, and thought i'd check out your page. So you grew up in Hershey? I live about 30 minutes from there! I definently know what you mean about chocolate!! I love it, too. Our weight loss goals are really similar, too. Maybe we can chat once in a while and keep eachother motivated??
