I'm 5'10 and 195 lbs. I have been trying to lose this for a while... and gained some recently because of drinking and eating crap... so here I am again trying to get my body in working order!

It's been three weeks and no change in the hips or the waist. WHY? It gets me pretty down. Well, good for you for your self-control. Have an easy weekend.

Sorry to hear about your weekend :( Why don't you try counting to ten before you eat a food that you want but don't necessarily need? Someone gave that advice to me and although it sounds VERY childish, it helped me over the weekend. Of course, I could do better but here's hoping to a better week!

This weekend with food was good for me...although i did skip lunch on most days because I didn't get out of bed early enough to eat all 3 meals. I did an exercise video saturday morning my abs are killing me. Off today for the holiday back to the grind tomorrow with the gym.
