I'm 5'10 and 195 lbs. I have been trying to lose this for a while... and gained some recently because of drinking and eating crap... so here I am again trying to get my body in working order!

I have done horrible this last week (finals!!!) I am going to try this week a little better, but I am not home and it is spring break. That, I know, is not a good excuse, however I will do my best.

I hope you enjoy the break my dear!!!!!

I did it!!!! I wrote down three days!!! I am going to try to do it again this week as well. I didn't get a chance to write it down over the weekend, I didn't have access to internet. This week is going to be a struggle for working out for me though, I finally caught something (manage to sneak by this year without getting anything till now). But I hope you are feeling better. I am just wanting to get through the week period!!!!
