"She decided to start living the life she'd imagined"

I'm a 36 yr old single mom with 3 active boys, yet I find myself near 100 lbs overweight!!! I have lost about 80 lbs prior to joining SparkPeople! I had lapband surgery in late 2007, but as anyone can tell you that is just a tool & not a solution. I hope to make this my year to achieve my weight loss goals. I'm proud that by already losing some weight I have been able to get off of all medications... That was a accomplishment right there!!!

I have read The Spark & have logged my nutrition every day. I'm staying within my range & working on the sleep goals. I hope to get out & walk and train for my 5k when the weather is nicer!

I am Renee from Kentucky!! I'm a single mom to 3 wonderful boys ages 17, 15 & 11. I work full time and enjoy spending time with family & friends, attending my old time baptist church, movies, reading & crafting.

thanks for your comments. Yes I'm VERY upset I can't workout. I get going on a good routine and something always knocks me down. Starting to feel a little better (meds & lots of water) so hopefully I ca do something when i get home from work!
