Health crash. Life changes and altered way of life. Frustrating. Autoimune disease. Odd wieght issue. Arrgh! Obeise! Help!

My Goals:
My goals were to quit eating infront of the tv. Hard when you live alone.
Tai Chi classes twice a week.
Train service dog with a client once a week.
Follow my eating diary to track callories.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals.

I joined a Tai Chi class at the Hospital. Twce a week for 8 weeks.
My friend and client has a lot of work to do if her dog is going to be "ready for prime time" next month!
Tracking the callories will hel me not to over eat or eat extra meals.

Personal Information:
I have been a farm laborer all of my life. Animal husbandry specialist. I raised and showed pure bred dogs for 35 years and specialized in trainig medical allert and guide dogs to parner with persons with TBI and PTSD etc. Goal was independance and public access for an otherwise house bound person. The truth was I was training myself as I taught others..

Rehabilitating ruined horses was my early efforts. Raised three daughters. Kept a roof over my head and lived an active and healthy life in the service of others.
Then my health crashed. I think I got poisoned. Anyway I have decided enouph is enouph and will be trying to get my weight under control and a new direction to my life.
