Back in November 2009 was my last page update, whoa.. I am a slacker! It referenced a new and painful hip pain and vitamin D levels.

I still have the pain unfortunately, but I am still able to exercise if I'm very, very careful. We walk at least one mile every night. I bike 4-8 miles (indoors, recumbent) at least three times a week too. In the fall, we'll start outdoor biking but it's just too hot this summer to risk me getting sick by going outside in the daytime.

In June 2010, I started a 3 pound a month goal, I've been staying on target so far. A bit worried for August though.

On June 24th I cut out all sweeteners. No more splenda, no stevia, no equal, nothing like that. No more diet cokes, no crystal lite, nothing but water. Haven't broke that streak yet!
