Former dancer who is dancing again. Lost 20 lbs in 2010 but had to start over from 200 in 2012. Used to feel like I was on a mountain ledge at 195 and couldn't find my way down but just recently broke through that setpoint my body seemed to like of 192 lbs. I had been around that weight for YEARS and couldn't seem to get below it. Hit 187 on 13 October for the second day in a row -FINALLY BEAT IT!

Fitness Minutes: 13,890

My Goals:
Fit and trim at around 135-140. Taking it 5 pounds at a time.

New short term goals:
1 - 185 by October 1 from August 6 - didn't make this, but made it to 190 from 199! Hit 186 on November 10.

2 - 180 by 30 November. Was 18 November, my birthday, but I didn't lose (NOR GAIN!) any more by that date. Looking to push some through Thanksgiving and lose more in two weeks!

3 - Maintain 180 OR lose 5 more lbs by December 15. Making it through Thanksgiving and Christmas without gaining will be victory enough.

4 - 170 by February 7, my son's birthday

5 - 165 by March 1

6 - 160 by April 1

7 - 155 by May 1

8 - 150 by June 1

9 - 145 by June 20

10 - 140 by July 15

11 - 135 by August 6

These small steps will add up to my overall goal of 135-140 goal weight in just about a year. Can I do it in less time than that? Hopefully, but I was disappointed when I set goals that were too ambitious, so

Run/walk when the weather allows, gym for yoga, swimming and workout classes.
