Hi, I'm Morgan!

I'm a 24 year old grad student with a lot going on, but I'm understanding the importance of keeping myself holistically well. My main focus has been to balance my mental and emotional health as I'm studying to be a counselor and want to be in the best shape I can be. I'm getting better with the mental and emotional work, but I need to step it up with my physical wellness. So, that's what I'm doing now.

I've gained some weight over the past two years. My clothes don't fit right and I just don't feel physically comfortable in my body. I want to feel healthy and feel fit. I'm ready to really commit this time! Plus, I'm marrying the love of my life in December 2011. I want to be thinking about all the beautiful things we'll be starting together, not have in the back of my mind that I'm uncomfortable with my tummy pudge!

So, here I am. There's a chance I'll be an inconsistant poster, but I hope not. I hope I succeed in making physical health and this community part of my wellness routine.

I started today, but was not able to follow my meal plan completely. I need to find some more foods that are filling, any ideas?
