On a mission!

How many times have I started dieting?? Too many to count. I hope this is the last time that I have this much weight to lose. I haven't weighed myself in a few weeks but my clothes are practically hanging off of me. I've been running about 25-30 miles a week (with my neighbor- need the motivation) and I think that is what has helped so far.

I would love to be able to wear a size 6!

My Program:
I am keeping my calories to the 1200-1500 level. For breakfast and lunch, I am keeping the meals relatively the same and changing what I have for dinner. This has seemed to work to keep my calories in check.

Hi and welcome to Sparkpeople. This is a great site. Check out the different features that are offered. Tracking food intake, getting plenty of water and exercise are vital. Consider joinging some teams. This really helps in added encouragement, support and motivation. Check out the teams on my sparkpage. Would love to have you join us.
