My Goals:
Just one of my goals is to fit into an old outfit of mine. I haven't been able it wear it in almost 5 years, but I kept it.

Favorite outfit here I come.

My Program:
To meet my goals I am following Sparks recommended daily calorie intake, exercising at least 3 times a week, and trying to stay positive. Even if I only lost half a pound it is still less than what I used to be. Any loss is better than gaining.

Personal Information:
My name is Kat and I am from the Winston-Salem, NC area. A am happily married with no children as of yet. I won't go into my work details, but I will let you know that I have a temptation right downstairs, my favorite pizza place, argh Burke Street Pizza I love you, but I have to give you up.

Other Information:
This section is a little difficult for me because I love books and I love movies. The best thing I have discovered though is reading a good book, not sprawled out on the couch, but working out. Makes the time fly and gives me the time to read when no one is pressuring me to get up and do something else.

Check out aimeem77's spark page. She is a really great motivator. I love how she has set goals for herself and planned rewards for meeting the goals.

Welcome to the Slowest Losers team. Yes, this is the spot to come for help. You seem to be doing things right, but you're not losing. Are you eating enough? Make sure that you're getting enough calories, the recommended amount that SP suggests. Keep doing what you know to do and your weight will come off. Please jump in to any of the SL threads and make new threads if you would like.

That is funny! I'm guessing we got the same one -except I'm out here in CA, not in NC. Hopefully soon you can be down a couple sizes too - except then it gets expensive to get new ones. Good luck working on your goals!

Oh, I am so glad you have a place near you where you can try on the Enell! Lucky! Anyways, don't forget that if it's a little out of your price range you can look on eBay ; )

You should totally start C25K if the bra works out! I'm starting TODAY and going running after lunch emoticon Can't wait!!
