Starting over.... again!

Hi Everyone,
I am so excited to be here! When I look at the amount I have to lose I get fearful and think that I can't do this... but I have to try!

I have struggled with my weight since middle school, and during high school I lost a 100 pounds, getting to 160. Over the years I slowly put it back on, each bad relationship leaving me with more. Hi Everyone,
I am so excited to be here! When I look at the amount I have to lose I get fearful and think that I can't do this... but I have to try!

I have struggled with my weight since middle school, and during high school I lost a 100 pounds, getting to 160. Over the years I slowly put it back on, each bad relationship leaving me with more. I also gained quite a bit with each of my pregnancies and was never able to take it back off. I really want to be under 200 pounds. I want to shop in a regular store, buying clothes that I like, not being restricted. I want to enjoy life again and be proud of who I am. Right now I don't like me, and that has to change!

I want to be able to keep up with my kids, to enjoy life, to walk into a room and feel everyone stare at me, or feel insecure. I never what to hear she is really pretty but....

Right now I am really struggling to exercise. I have a nice treadmil, that calls my name and I cannot bring myself to get on it. I have terrible chronic pain, and every step hurts. I am 27 years old with RA, and hopeing that losing some weight will help me feel better mentally and physically.

Further goals??? Idk, not sure I want to be smaller than 170's???

Each Goal reached will get a reward... Just not sure what it will be yet.

My Program:
1. See doctor for help losing weight.

2. Eat 400 - 1200 cal/day

3. Exercise - Starting off slowly by just walking on treadmil.
Get exercise bike.
Goal is to work up to doing 10 hours of cardio a week at a moderate pace. (2hrs x 5days)

4. Strength Training 3x's a week.

5. No soda, No fast food, No fried foods or high fat fat foods.

6. Avoid resturants (I know my self well enough to know that I cannot make good choices here, so avoiding is best for me in the begining)

7. Look at spark people pages and teams for motivation.

Other Information:
I am 5'7" - I always wonder when I look at others pictures and will eventually post pictures of my own so I wanted to make sure I include this info.

Someone took my toothpaste tube and filled it up with jam.
Someone changed my sandwich into fluffernut-and-ham.
Someone laced my sneakers so they tie down by my toes.
Someone changed the vacuum so it doesn't suck, it blows.
Someone poured the sugar out and filled the bowl with salt.
Someone messed up all the clocks and made it seem my fault.
For me today, I have to say, it's nervousness that rules....
Since all that happened yesterday and now it's April Fools'!

Just stopping in for a visit to see how you're doing now that we're in between holidays? Did you indulge a bit too much?
