Yikes, where is 2012 disappearing to? In the third quarter of this year, I've been stuck at the same weight for over a month. It is a little frustrating.

I'm a runner. I might be re-starting my training, but in my heart, I know I am a runner. It irritates me to be asked if I went for a "jog". I don't jog. I run.

My goals between now and September 30, 2012 are: run a 10K training run. Build up to 15 miles of running per week, doing at least 2 weeks by the end of ...

My goals between now and September 30, 2012 are: run a 10K training run. Build up to 15 miles of running per week, doing at least 2 weeks by the end of September. Swim at least 50 laps 5 times per week, or until it gets too cold to be in the pool! Drink at least 1/2 my water, but aim for the full 8 glasses daily. Throw out or give away any piece of clothing that has double digits.

And yes. Lose 5 pounds. I'd really like this plateau to take a downward hike.

I am committed to myself.

My Program:
Nutrition: mostly sucks. So, I'm focusing on chicken, vegetables, whole grains

Running: goal is 10 miles per week. Intervals 1-2x per month. Run 3-4 days per week

ST: 15 lbs x 3 days/week

Sleep: aim for 7 hours nightly

Where in the new fitness tracker did you find your strength training program saved? All of my carefully entered exercises are gone - not in my favorites - I am trying to look them up, one by one, from the old tracker, then copy and paste the exercises' name in new favorites. I have already spent HOURS and have not made it through the ten upper body exercises I used to check off in under a minute. If you found them saved somewhere - where were they? Of course, you do know we used to get 10 points for ST and 24 for cardio - now the top total is 24. And the calendar, for appointments, reminders, etc is simply GONE!
