Trying to lose the last 10

Lost 30 - 35 in previous years but having trouble loosing the last 10. It is hard when you are already being very careful with what you are eating and exercising. I really don't want to have to alter my life style too much more. I want to be able to still enjoy life.

Current Status:
MEMEQ2 Happiness is when you do an exercise and say "I remember when these were hard for me."

My Goals:
2013 Goals - Firm up and get some muscle on my body.

My Program:
I will try to make every meal 50% fruits & vegtables. I totally love carbs but need to reduce them.

Using the small plates for meals, limiting portion size.

Exercise 6 days a week for a weekly total of 250 minutes. This is needed for my slow metabolism and also for heart health.

Other Information:
Don't let your fork & spoon dig your grave.

If your not going forward, your going backward.

Hi Mary Ann! Thanks for stopping by and keeping in touch! We just got back from a trip to Wyoming - five days in nature and cattle country! Now it's back to the grind. I'm happy to report, though, that despite the meals and snacks, I actually lost weight. Couldn't believe my eyes when I stepped on the scale this morning! I should go on vacation more often! :-)
