My Goals:

My Program:
Have been using the guidelines of the South Beach Diet and am slowly dropping my weight. Cutting back on carbs is my hardest obstacle

I live in MA recently widowed. We had 3 children, but recently lost the youngest. We have 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grands.
Other Information:
I love to read, quilt and do genealogy
