The me I want to be.

My Goals:
I have always wanted to fit into the same size suit jacket... and skirt.
I want to not rush to the refrigerator as soon as I come in the door.
I want to handle emotions without stuffing myself.
I want food not to be the only source of good feelings in my life.
My Program:
I am very happy to explore and follow the good advice and information given here in Sparkpeople.
I am trying to spend more time with friends and family, be more involved with church and the community I live in.
Personal Information:
I was born and raised in western Mass and have rarely travled very far I hope to rectify that when I have more time (retire).
I love to garden, to watch anything grow and develope, to digg in the dirt.
I am also interested in fiber arts of all kinds.
