Focus, Focus, Focus!
If I focus and keep my eyes on the target I know I can succeed!
I will be 59 years old this year and I have been overweight for the last 15 years or so and had really given up on trying to lose weight because it is so hard to do. I hate to diet but I do like to eat healthy... The problem is that most of the time I don't.
But now it seems like I have no energy at all - and well, I'm sick and tired of that!! I want to have the energy to enjoy my grandkids and do fun things with them. ...

But now it seems like I have no energy at all - and well, I'm sick and tired of that!! I want to have the energy to enjoy my grandkids and do fun things with them. So today I'm making a commitment to take the weight off.
So with determination, focus, and a lot of prayer this weight will come off.
