Getting Healthy

Hi there. I am a 25 year old woman who is tired of being unhealthy. I would make up excuses for why I let myself get as heavy as I did, until one day it hit me that I got this way because I am an emotional eater. I am learning to take that feeling of having to eat and putting into having to exercise. I am hoping that by next july I can look back at all my achievements and know that I am going to live a much better lifestyle. I am crossing my fingers that I can find the support I need here ...

My July Goals:

To work out at least 4 - 5 days a week

To not eat past 7pm

To weigh myself at the end of the month a see that I can lose the weight :o)

My Program:
Eating a breakfast that includes one dairy, one grain and fruit.

Snacking on an apple

Eating my carbs at lunch with lot of veggies

Snacking on some nuts

Eating a protein for dinner with greens.

NOT eating after 7 pm

Exercising at least 30 minutes by doing cardio and/or resistance training.
