My weight is now down to 198.2 pounds. Since I started spark people, I have lost a total of 14.8 pounds. I thank our lord Jesus christ for giving me the grace to lose weight. I am doing this for my children too. My daughter is a diabetic and overweight. I need to lose weight by example if I am going to ask her to do something. My son wants me to run and do more activities with him. I am doing this for my children, my lord, and my health.
