Good nutrition is my main goal (combined with losing weight).

I joined sparkpeople to find inspiration from others who have achieved significant transformation. I have lost 50-something lbs in the past 8 months. I still have 30-something to go.

Dietary adjustments: low-to-moderate fat pescatarian and vegetarian diet. (1,200 - 1,500 calories per day.)

Fitness goals: jog a 5k w/out stopping in under 38 minutes.
