Progress not Perfection
Gah, I haven't been on here in ages, but I wanted to give myself a place to come to for support. So far I have lost about thirty pounds! Woot! I started running in the summer and I just fell in love with it. I love how much better I feel, but I want to tone up and add some muscle.

My Goals:
I was on dance team in college, and was very comfortable in my skin. I'd like to get back to that-so I need to lose 60 pounds, and probably 20% body fat. I know I can do it, it's just going to take lots and lots of action on my part. And I'm committed to doing it! :o)
My Program:
Started Turbo Fire in July; currently on my second week and loving it!
Personal Information:
I'm orginally from Oklahoma, but I've been in Austin for several yrs. I also lived in Denver for four years, and they had to drag me back kicking and screaming! LOL I'm a total snow freak. It makes me feel energized and happy. So you can probably use your imagination to see how summer affects me. LOL
Other Information:
I love to Hula Hoop, and plan on getting certified to teach at some point through Christabell or Hoopnotica. I also love Aromatherapy, Herbal Teachings/Healings, Natural DIY beauty products, shoes, animals, (especially horses), and I am enthralled with ocean sounds/music/waves. I'm also a Goddess lovin' pagan :O)
