Life is busy, who's isn't?!?!
After 6 weeks in America, visiting family and friends.. catching up over food at all my old favorite restaurants: I gained weight. I went with good intentions of exercise and eating healthy. I exercised 3x 😳
Upon my return to Australia, I quit my main job as a group fitness Mgr and receptionist on Monday morning,
Interviewed for a new job on Monday afternoon and started that job on Wednesday.
I jumped back in to teaching classes though at a low intensity.
In 5 weeks time I had some issues (female related) - the added stress to everything else in my life drove me to food.
Overall I gained weight. I'm at a weight I never thought I'd see again.
My life is balanced now.. work is great.. I'm settled into my routine and re-focused on my health.
I teach 8-9 classes a week consisting of RPM, BodyPump and Bodybalance. I weight train with a friend a couple times a week and this week I have begun running again. Running is my workout that gets my body in gear!
So with my new outlook, or my re-visiting of my positive outlook I've come back to Sparkpeople.
When I first moved to Oz this sight assisted me in losing 40lbs. Let's do it again!!!!!

My Goals:
To regain my running fitness and be a fit 52 year old come my birthday in June!
To gain muscle tone, definition and be an inspiration to my students.
To get the most out of my life with my hubby and my family.

My Program:
I teach 8 classes a week, (a little more some weeks to help cover classes) I have recently begun running again, 3x a week and I weight train (other than my classes) 2x a week.

Personal Information:
I am from NY originally, moved to SC when I was 11 and moved to Australia in 2012!

Other Information:
I love to read. (James Patterson is my favorite author)
I was addicted to running for a few years and want that addiction back.
.I love my dog Holly (who only has one eye), my sweetie is the love of my life, my split apart, and the best thing to ever happen to me!
I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian meaning I don't eat any meat products but I do eat dairy and eggs.

    About the P90, I kind of just started over. I've been sticking to the plan really well for the past couple of weeks though so hopefully, I'll get through it this time without any breaks. I can already see a difference in my body by just sticking to it. I'll probably order P90X 3 after this or do the New Rules for Lifting for Women since I already have that book.
