You're welcome on the info. I'm a personal trainer and PCOS became a problem for me 2 years ago when I injured my back and couldn't exercise for 6 months. I've always leaned towards a "heavier, muscular" build, but figured it was the good old German and farmer stock in my DNA! Little did I know that I was ticking time bomb. The weight loss has been a struggle, but taking Metformin has jump started things. I try post and help out other women because there is SO much information out there and lots of it is wrong!

My week was about the same as yours. Being sick its been real hard to exercise. I plan to shovel today, so I will burn some calories. Zumba resumes on the 5th, so i am not sure what I will do to keep up with the calorie burn. However they are adding Zumba to Thursday nights and the Northeast Y has a class on Sunday. I figure if I do Zumba 4 times a week, I have to lose at least 50 lbs a week. 2713 days ago
Thanks for the kudos! I really needed it after my not-so-healthy week last week. But back on track. Keep up the good work. It took me a while to realize that there were actual changes with my body.
