I've been eating 1500-1800 a day but it really varies. I'm still working out. I've found that I can maintain my weight even if I'm not working out as long as I keep my calories in check. It's a little harder to have self control at this point but it's nothing to fear! 1676 days ago
Hi Mel! I did have my baby boy on March 13. I've been trying to get back on track every since but it's been so hard. I do good a couple days and then the old habits kick in strongly. I gained 30 pounds while preggo and lost only 15-20 of them so far. I have to get back to moving more and really get strict on my eating.
You seem to have been doing wonderful though! 168 lbs is just amazing. I haven't seen the 160's since i was about 20 years old.. like forever ago!!!
