Thanks for checking in! I'm not doing well this month! I've really been struggling with starting back in the 8-5 work world and have been really down. I'm working on finding a routine that works and we have been trying different things but still haven't hit on something that seems to work. I'm working at it still and haven't given up on it yet! Thanks for the idea! I really do need to just make the time. I plan all my food ahead of time but I don't put it into the tracker. It would be good to do so. I read yesterday something that talked about just checking the items off the list so that you stay focused on what you are supposed to be eating instead of adding things to the list.
Tomorrow I have another weigh-in but I'm feeling so yucky right now that I'm not sure that I want to see the number on that scale! 1371 days ago
