Hi! I'm a 30-something with an almost 1 year old. I've never been skinny, and have always had 20-30 pounds to lose, but I'm finally getting serious about being healthier. I want to be strong and healthy for a LONNNG time, and don't want to have to live with the diabetes/ high blood pressure / cholesterol cocktail that so many of my family seems to have. My husband and I love to do "outside stuff" like hiking and kayaking, but I never can quite keep up wih him, and I want to change that.

My Goals:
I want to lose 30 pounds by August (we'll see how I feel after that - maybe I need to lose more - I've never been down that far.)

I want to make daily activity a part of my routine.

My Program:
So far, I've done some activity at least 5 days a week for the last 3 weeks. I have tried to eat healthier (and at home!), but I need to get more specific about that and count what I'm eating.
