Sticking to my SP Nutritional guidelines and tracking at least once daily.
Eat 5-6 servings of freggies daily.
Minimum 30 min daily cardio at least five days a week.

Hi Mel, thanks for the Goodie, yes those feet are swollen and black and blue, been going at it easy, I'm already into Challenges with the BTS, but did my morning leg lifts, crunches, wall push-ups, anything that didn't require being on my feet too much lol! Take care!

Keep Going with those fitness minutes, its encouraging. Im just getting back to eating right and tracking my food. Soon I will start exercising I got a long way to catch up with you lol.

Mel, Thanks for everything! You've been a wonderful leader and we have all learned and accomplished a lot under your guidance. I'm still having tests done for my thyroid & parathyroid and am on a trial medication. I'm going to keep Sparking this spring & summer and I may come back to the BLC in the Fall. Keep in touch and wishing you success in your journey.
