I will try harder at not beating myself up when I make a mistake. The decisions I make are exactly that, mine. I will not always make the best ones, but sometimes I will! I am to the point where I need to get serious about losing weight. I weigh more than I ever have and am sick of myself. I am not going to say I am going to do it - it is now I AM DOING IT!

3/7/13 - Started SparkCoach Sticking to my SP Nutritional guidelines and tracking at least once daily. Eat 5-6 servings of freggies daily. Minimum 30 min daily cardio at least five days a week.
