My Program:
Run! Run! Run!!! Spark People 5K plan COMPLETE Run 4 days a week with one being a long run. ST 2 times a week. Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains at least 5 days a week.
Personal Information:
I'm a stay at home mom to the most adorable girl in the universe! I'm married to an amazing man that I love with all my heart. I work from home part time and take care of my family full time.
Other Information:
