I want to get in shape, gain energy, and of course look good!
My Program:
I am going to stay on the cal fat carb intake my plan has made for me and exersize 3 times a week. I am trying out spring into shape 4 wk bootcamp.
Other Information:
I had been on this program a year and a half ago and it worked great. But since I had gained some of the weight back and am hopeing to lose it and more, and gain a healthier lifestyle for me and my family.
