It's My First 29th Birthday!

Still dealing with the constant struggles of balancing a healthy diet and exercise, but it's actually getting easier and easier as I learn more, read more and love myself more. I wear my FitBit everyday and am doing the best I can to get to my goal weight by my 31st birthday.

My Goals:
-To Lose at least 1lb/week
-To Get 25mins of exercise everyday
-To Plan My Meals Ahead of Time
-To get at least 5,000 steps everyday
-To get at least 10,000 steps twice a week

My Program:
I see a personal trainer on Tuesday's and Thursday's, go to a yoga class on Sunday's and aim to get a few more cardio sessions in each week. Also, lots of water and more veggies! I have also made the decision to only weigh in at the gym. (Except for the 1st of the month)

Personal Information:
I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and am a radio DJ (so I spend a lot of time sitting on my butt!). I also pet sit on the side and really love animals. I read at least one book a month and am always looking for reading material on health.

For the past 2 weeks I have been feeling awesome because I am approaching this journey with a whole new mindset! And it's like you said we do slip up and we just have to get back on track! Today I got back on track and ate healthy all day! I also did a 3 mile Leslie Sansone walk and a spark strength video! Thanks so much for your advice on my blog and I hope you have an awesome rest of the weekend!
