My 28th Year Will Be My Year!

I hate to say it, but it happened again. I started out the calendar year full of positivity and hope, and going into the 10th month of the year, I'm actually worse off than when I started. I'm doing my best not to beat myself up and am using my 28th birthday on Sunday October 13, 2013 as the starting point to my weight loss year. I'm no stranger to losing weight, or I guess, wanting to lose weight. It feels like it's been a constant struggle for my entire life. Well, it's time to take control ...

Well, it's time to take control and REALLY focus on making healthy habits, increasing my daily activity and doing all I can to reach optimal health. My Ulitmate goal is to take control of my weight and health before 30, so Here's to My 28th Year!

My Program:
I see a personal trainer on Tuesday's and Thursday's and aim to get a few more cardio sessions in each week. Also, lots of water and more veggies!

Personal Information:
I live in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada and am a radio DJ (so I spend a lot of time sitting on my butt!). I also pet sit on the side and really love animals. I read at least one book a month and am always looking for reading material on health.
