My name is Melissa and I have a lot to accomplish in my life, starting with getting healthy!

I'm a student nurse--graduating in May '15 to become a Registered Nurse! Unfortunately nursing school is unbelievably hard and stressful...and has taken a toll on my health. I'm looking to get back into control, but I really need support!

I hope to be able to reach out to other members and it would be awesome if I could help someone too :-)

NUTRITION

Hi, vegan pal! Cooking vegan food can be hard at first but once you get a few go-to recipes under your belt it's not so bad. To be honest, I'm don't normally do a whole lot of raw stuff, except for salads probably but it seems like a good idea! Where do you currently get your recipes from? There are so many awesome blogs and websites (including raw vegan ones), let me know if you want me to give you some of my faves! Hopefully it will make cooking a little bit easier :)

Bartering is cool stuff! Nice to work those things out. Not positive, but it is possible that helmets and locks may be available at the Bike Giveaway on May 11th. If you don't have any by then, you might want to take your chances and heck, get to know some bike club members! I can introduce you! :-)
