Changing the One thing about me that, I CONTROL

I am a married 37 year old stay at home mother of 2 teens who has became unhappy with my weight over the past few years .I know I have only have myself to blame.
I have just been told I have RA, I am alreay very limited on the activitity I can do.
I also have had CP since birth & as I have got older I have developed other conditions & I am always told it is because of the way my body moves and is wearing out the joints already .
I know that the extra weight I am carring ...

My Goals:
I would like to work off almost 30 pounds by July 2010 . I want to get back on track with riding my recumbent bike everyday like I did when I got the bike in Aug 2009.During aug - Nov while riing the bike at least 4 times a week i lost 12 pounds I have kept that weight off but stoppe using my bike
A HUGE MISTAKE on my end I know. . not much time went by & I noticed my musscles starting to become weaker.My goal is to do what I can in my power to slow that process down as much as I can for as long as I can. Improve my health at the same time.

My Program:
I WILL

RIDE RECUMBENT BIKE
MON-FRI AT LEAST 45 MIN. EACH TIME

WORK WITH RESISTANCE STRAP FOR 10-15 MIN 4 TIMES A WEEK.

WALL & STEP EXERCISES 15 MIN
5 TIMES A WEEK

WII BOWLING 1-2 TIMES WEEK 30 MIN

I WILL ALSO CUT OUT JUNKFOOD & LEARN TO EAT SMALLER AMOUNTS OF EVERYTHING ELSE.

Personal Information:
Hi my nane is melody I am 37 old from OH married for 18 years I have 2 kids that are now teenagers whom I am so proud of.
I am looking to lose weight in 2010 like so many others I hope joining this group I will be able to shine were I have failed in the past. And learn something new along the way.

Other Information:
I love my family who are my life I would be nothing without the 3 of them.
( I still think of & miss my mama everyday since her passing in 5/2007 )

I love my animals my dog, 4 kittys,2 birds.

I love to cook for my family .

I enjoy watching tro and a half men,House, Law in order SVU , CSI,The haunted.

I love country music older & current songs, like the 70's & 80 's Love the Betales.
I enjoy spening time on the computer doing what ever.
All I almost forgot to mention EEyore Rules
