Howdy! Did you have a great week? I just wanted to stop by and check on you before the weekend. I was disappointed in only losing a half pound this week, but instead of throwing in the towel, I’m more motivated than ever!
You may have noticed on my weight loss journey that I’ve added bike riding to my fitness. I had to wipe the dust off it, and drag it out of it’s hiding place, but I actually rode 12 miles the first time out! Have you ever heard of OVER DOING IT? I was so sore, and I even have a big ol’ butt seat! Live and learn!
The weather is finally cooperating and hubby and I played tennis yesterday! I hope you have a fun weekend doing the things you love and getting a good workout at the same time! Stick with it, you can do it!! Stephanie
