Glad to have found SparkPeople!!

Hi!
My name is Melody and I am a mom to a beautiful baby girl, Avery who was born June 29th, 2010.
I have always struggled with my wieght but since having Avery, I am actually BELOW my pre-pregnancy weight and don't want to look back. This has made me realize that I need the proper tools to continue down the right path to weight loss and am finally feeling very encouraged.
I look forward to meeting new people and shedding the weight as part of the SparkPeople team!!!

My Program:
Because I am a busy, stay at home mom, I find it sooooo much easier to follow the menu plans provided by the Nutrition Tracker. If "you" tell me to do it, I'll do it. Too tired to think for myself right now;)
Going to start P90X workouts on Sunday, July 17th!

Yeah, I know what you mean about yoga! I so did not dig it, I think, though, that once you learn it, it'll be easier! Sorry to hear about your rough week! Hope things are better now! Tonight is KenpoX for us, really excited about it!

I'm doing the Classic version. My husband wants to build his muscle mass back up, so thought we'd start with that. But, I'm going to integrate some cardio from Lean, because I need the extra cardio as well!
I did Plyometrics yesterday, I thought I'd easily be able to handle it because my legs are in OK shape...it was a little harder than I initially gave it credit for. But, I made it through the entire workout! How do you like the program so far? How do you fit it in with a 1 year old?
If it's any help with motivation (it was for me) my husband has a friend at work who lost 20 lbs in the first month. Not sure what version he's doing, but wow! Have you checked out the transformations on Youtube? Some are just awesome!
