you are right! i can do it. thanks for the tip on the hummus. i'm going to call jenn right now! i am keeping up with my water. next week i'm going to make it a goal ro increase my intake even more. this week it's all about staying in all my ranges and doing all my workouts. i've been doing a lot more than casey! but he will get on the bike once a week. you should invest in an exercise ball. they're easy on your back for strength training and quinten would even have fun with it. $10 at wal-mart.
i know it's hard to find the time to track everything. you can always use the quick track on your start page. i'm happy for you that you're down to 175. i've been working hard, and don't seem to be getting anywhere. i'm not giving up, though.
