My Goals:
My goal is mainly to loose weight, although I gotta say the frustration sometimes kicks me right off track.

My Program:
Right now I'm just tracking my calories and trying to exercise. I hope in the near future I'll get a handle of that and start changing me bad habits.

What's a good kickboxing DVD ? You could try Billy Blanks' Tae Bo. that's not a bad DVD. If you can find it for cheap, try Turbo Jam.

personally, I prefer taking a class, but if you can't afford a gym, try Tae Bo or Turbo Jam.
