Weight Loss 2009

I am a stay-at-home mom that really needs to lose some weight, for health reasons and to keep up with my 1 year old! Also, I'd like to have more children, and the first pregnancy was kind of rough with me starting my pregnancy at 218 pounds and gaining from there...

Any words of encouragement would really be appreciated... I am also looking for buddies so we can keep each other on track!
