Hi I'm at 141 lbs right now. drinking 8 glasses of water a day and doing pretty well with portion control. need to eat more veggies and fruit and to cut the late night ice cream (at least cut it down) I want to get to 120lbs and stay there but I want to lose the saggy stuff I'm getting I will be going though a couple of preventive surgeries (I have a high risk for breast cancer and ovarian cancer) I take my vitamins regularly and clean house an Avg. of 4 day's per week avg of 2 per day. 2794 days ago
Welcome to SparkMaine, Mel! I hope your sister is doing well, and it is good that you're taking steps to stay healthy. Wish I could be your exercise buddy, but I live in Portland. We on the team can be online buddies for you! Looking forward to getting to know you. My sister cleaned houses for a living for a long time and still takes some cleaning jobs, so I know how hard it is to do that for a living! It IS exercise, though!
Just thought I would touch base again. Still been eating better and drinking plenty of water. I could use more exercise but I clean houses and it's been really busy and I am exausted so maybe I am getting enough. (right now anyway) I have been holding at 129 for a while now but I STILL feel great for losing the 18lbs and eating better does make me feel better. Getting a pool (a small one) this week hope that will help with the exercising. Going to FL. June 30 to see my sister (she has breast cancer) I can't wait, I have missed her very much.. 2996 days ago
