My Goals:
1) Increase Energy and Endurance
2) Lose 30+ pounds
3) Do at least one pullup for the first time in my life...I have a weak upper body

My Program:
1) Starting slowly with exercising and nutrition so I can gain confidence and momentum to keep going
2) Planning 3 meals a week and sticking to it
3) Using Spark Streaks to keep my motivation high.

APRIL FOOL !!! nope.. didn't lose 17 lbs... BUT I am going down! The first of the year I was at 237 something and now 226. I am on day 17 of logging my food. Now I can really see what I am doing and it keeps me away from putting Extra mouthfuls in. Have a Fun Day! Don't eat anything Green!

Hi ..another new month and I am Determined..yes Once again to do better. I have to get my sugar under control. I do not want to take meds for it and I wont if I just eat right. Plus being over 200 lbs for over 30 plus years was a Bad Move. Can't fool Mother Nature any more been pushing the Bad Health Envelope toooooo much. Let's Ge Going!

It's a New Month... and I did not see your marker move at all this month. We have to Make It Happen! I missed my Goal by 1/4th of a pound.. but ok have new Goal of 4 more pounds. Let's get to making it happen!!!
