This is my page...
I'm not sure what to put here, so I'll just say, "Hi!" to you all. I'm slowly working towards my main goal of being at a healthy weight. Along the way, I should become more fit and be more nutritionally sound in my dining choices. It took me awhile to get here, but somehow, I am finally ready to tackle this for real.

My Goals:
Long term - I'd like to get to a healthy weight for me. 120 seems good, but if I get to a weight where I feel like I look good and if I feel good about it, I'll stay there. Short term - I'm focusing on small changes every week. I started out with drinking more water and cutting out pop. I moved on to making sure I took my vitamins. They're personal changes, done to improve my quality of life. I hope...
My Program:
I am keeping track of what I eat by inputting the information into the Nutrition portion of the site. This tool helps me to understand what I nutritional changes I need to make to help me reach my long term goal. I have also scheduled workouts and placed them in my calendar. It helps keep me motivated because I see it on my phone. Plus, the workouts are broken down so I know what exercises are on tap for the day as well as how many sets/reps/minutes I need to do.
