My Goals:
I just want to see inches and or weight go down. I have a long term goal but my short term is to see is progress weekly or bi weekly.

My Program:
Currently I am walking alot with my kids and pushing a stroller of apprx 50 pounds up small hills and down of course and moderate walking. I have been getting back on my elliptical even if its only 10 mins a day. I run a dayhome so that keeps me busy enough to avoid me from specifying a couple hours a day to a regime. I also really enjoy swimming and all though I dont go much Im going to start atleast once a week and hopefully more! I started tracking all foods I eat and using the spark tracking for calories, fat, sodium etc and excercise. I hope to lose lose lose! Lets do this!

Personal Information:
I live in the Okanagan in BC Canada. I have a wonderful man of 11 years and he is very supportive. I have a two year old and a 5 year old and am 27. I am very social, supportive and loving and have alot of friends and wonderful family, most which are all long distance from me. I really need to get my 100% self esteem back pronto!

Other Information:
I am extremely outgoing and very supportive of my friends and family! I am here to support you and have support in return! Friendship is a two way street and I surround myself with those who understand that. I am very chatty, loving and a good shoulder. I am enjoying my health journey, its such an amazing difference even after a couple of weeks. Please feel free to add me as a friend and lets help each other!

well holy shugar...what happened to the smoothie thing? Are you still doing that? ...I am counting cals sort of and working on being more consistent with it. I Have figured out this is my most manageable option that I actually could do long term...so this is my focus.

Hi Melanie over here....I have discovered Quicktrack on here and I think I'm going to try just doing it instead. SUPER easy and chill approach...and you still get points! ...it's at the bottom of the homepage. :)
