I'm officially a non-smoker after 13 years! WOOO HOOO..Now, I feel like my hineykin is getting it's own zip code...UGH time to head off that "stopped smoking 10" or 20 or 30...

I find humor in just about everything, ok sometimes it's referred to as being a smart alec, but hey....it still gets a giggle!

So far I've not managed to lose a ton of lbs but I'm working my way there. Hard work, dedication, and PAYING ATTENTION to what I'm doing is making ALL the difference. ...

For anyone who is struggling with the changes, take small steps, you don't have to do it all at once. Don't give up. Forward motion, no matter how small, is still better than standing still!
Oh lesson learned. do NOT take update pics immediately after doing cardio for about an hour...face red, sweat - lots, funny looking pics...yep! (I deleted the really bad one haha)


UPDATE Feb 2010:
Ok, the gym was totally not doing it on it's own. I've joined weight watchers, down a total of 7.6 lbs in 3 weeks. Lovin it! Best incentive, my work reimburses our fees if we lose at least 10 lbs in the 10 week session. Now THAT'S incentive lol

Our 8yr is a black belt he has been doing it since he was 4. My husband is a sr. brown belt&I'm a sr. blue we were the same belt but I have not been since I broke my thumb sparring..I think I'm a little afraid. But it is great exercise I like but yes testings are tough I don't like to know people are watching me if I mess up. Still get a little sick from it
