Hi, I am a married mother of three beautiful children. I live in the Northwoods of WI. Currently I am a stay at home mother but I am working towards my Masters in Nursing online.
I have tried everything to lose weight over the years and I do well for awhile and then everything falls apart. I need this to be the year because I just can't do this anymore. I need to get healthy for myself but also for me family :0)

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to weigh between 145-150 lbs!

Small goals:

-Lose first 10 lbs- met Jan 26

-Lose 20 lbs- met March 1

Be under 200 lbs- met March 1

-Run a 5K

-Lose 30 lbs- Met March 26th

-Lose 40 lbs Met May 20th

-Lose 50 lbs

-Be under 150 lbs

-Ultimate goal MET

My Program:
I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Generally I take one day a week and sleep in and workout at home. I love Jillian Michaels videos and Tae Bo!! So I also do them sometimes. At the gym I do 45-60 minutes of cardio (usually the elliptical) and then 30 minutes of strength training alternating muscle groups on different days!!

I also count and record every calorie I eat (this is huge for me) I stay within the 1200-1400 calorie limit!!!

My name is Melissa and I am from Hayward, WI I am 29 and a mother of 3 beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful man! I love to read, learn, travel, run, and spend time with my family! I am a Christian women and very proud of it I do a lot of volunteer work for the church and many other ministries!

Hello! The week is going good for me - they all do! =) Luckily for me, I'm blessed to really not have any bad days! What I eat and if I move every day have a profound effect on how I much pain I have. . . . so I choose to eat good and move, and be pain free. It's kind of a no-brainer for me.

I'm glad you're doing good. Keep it up and you'll have lost the weight of another 3 year old in no time!
