My ultimate goal is to weigh between 145-150 lbs!

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Generally I take one day a week and sleep in and workout at home. I love Jillian Michaels videos and Tae Bo!! So I also do them sometimes. At the gym I do 45-60 minutes of cardio (usually the elliptical) and then 30 minutes of strength training alternating muscle groups on different days!!
I also count and record every calorie I eat (this is huge for me) I stay within the 1200-1400 calorie limit!!!

That's a great idea about the workout videos! I might have to try that! Also, I am glad you are interested in a rally. We will let you know the details when they are all panned out. Also, I saw you posted a topic about 5Ks.. there are alot of 5Ks in Duluth/Superior! I am not sure how far you'd want to go. Are you going to do the Musky Fest 5K? If so, we should meet. I know I am planning on it!
A New Month has begun! June has arrived... 6 months to Shine in 2010!!! Reward yourself for all those accomplishments and continue to Move Forward....Take Two BIG STEPS! Why not start your month off with Intense Cardio and/or a Brisk Walk for a Quick Boost!
