My ultimate goal is to weigh between 145-150 lbs!

-Lose 20 lbs- met March 1
Be under 200 lbs- met March 1
-Run a 5K
-Lose 30 lbs- Met March 26th
-Lose 40 lbs Met May 20th
-Lose 50 lbs
-Be under 150 lbs

I go to the gym 5-6 days a week. Generally I take one day a week and sleep in and workout at home. I love Jillian Michaels videos and Tae Bo!! So I also do them sometimes. At the gym I do 45-60 minutes of cardio (usually the elliptical) and then 30 minutes of strength training alternating muscle groups on different days!!
I also count and record every calorie I eat (this is huge for me) I stay within the 1200-1400 calorie limit!!!

A New Month has begun! June has arrived... 6 months to Shine in 2010!!! Reward yourself for all those accomplishments and continue to Move Forward....Take Two BIG STEPS! Why not start your month off with Intense Cardio and/or a Brisk Walk for a Quick Boost!

Thanks for the comment on my blog! We ended up going to a different bike store in a bigger city and found a bike. Thanks for offering your husband's expertise though! They had a professional bike fitter guy there that went through training to learn how to do it. It was an interesting experience to say the least. I ended up getting a Specialized Ruby Com.
