I am doing a combination of calorie counting on Spark People and Weight Watcher points. I am starting off with a smaller goal of 25 lbs, but I will have more to lose after that!

HI MEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Welcome to Sparkpeople! I have found that I consistently lose weight if I follow my nutrition and fitness tracker. The meal plans are good for ideas, especially helpful for me to learn portion sizes, LOL. And I LOVE the recipe database and recipe calculator!
