My Goals:
#1 - Begin a C25K running program
#2 - Lose 25 pounds in 3 months
#3 - Be a Size 16 in 16 weeks!

My Program:
I am doing a combination of calorie counting on Spark People and Weight Watcher points. I am starting off with a smaller goal of 25 lbs, but I will have more to lose after that!

Personal Information:
I am a 25 year old Canadian girl who has been on a "Weight Loss Journey" almost my whole life. I am married to my wonderful husband and we are excited to start having kids soon. I want to lose weight and get in shape a bit, before I get pregnant.

Welcome to Sparkpeople! I have found that I consistently lose weight if I follow my nutrition and fitness tracker. The meal plans are good for ideas, especially helpful for me to learn portion sizes, LOL.
And I LOVE the recipe database and recipe calculator!
