I did it =)

I had originally joined SP Oct. 2006 because I was getting ready to go to the Bahamas and wanted to lose some weight...and it worked! Unfortunately I gained it back and then some. Then I went to the doctor for my annual physical on November 17, 2009 and I could not believe how much I weighed!!! I was always super skinny and never thought I could be overweight but somehow that all changed and after that day at the doctor, I was determined to lose 30 lbs.
I started working out 5-6 times ...

I started working out 5-6 times a week, changing my routine either weekly or bi-weekly. I completely changed the way I ate...making sure I was having plenty of fruits & veggies, drank at least 20 cups of water a day (i love water!), weighed and measured myself every Thursday, and kept a journal. On April 15, 2010 I met my goal and I couldn't be happier! Was it easy? No. But was it worth it...ABSOLUTELY! I now fluctuate between 119 and 124 but will not let myself go beyond that.

My Goals:
My goals are to stay within my 115-120 lb. range and to continue to tone my body.


My Program:
I do cardio 3 times a week for at least 20 mins. and I do strength training 2-3 times a week. I like to change up my routine either weekly or bi-weekly.

Personal Information:
I'm a 33 year old mom to 3 beautiful girls who are 16, 11, & 8. I've been married to the love of my life for 13 years. I love spending time with family, going out with friends and having a good time. =)

hi! i just joined the 5'3" group...i'm 5'1". we have similar goals, and you're super adorable, so i thought we could be friends. you're almost at your goal weight...i bet you'll keep going to 115, like you said you want. that's my goal, too!
