Fit by 30
My name is Mel and I am married with two kids. I turned 29 in January 2012 and don't like where I am at with my weight and fitness. I want to got into my 30 happy with who I am. I have made this journey once after having my first child was in the best shape of my life. I slowly slide back into bad habits and had another baby and am currently at the heaviest I have ever been (while not pregnant). I need to lose about 35lbs and commit to keeping it off.
