I started my 'Life Changing Journey' on August 5, 2012. Since then I have not had any coffee, tea or soda. I have lost 58bs (to date). To reach my ultimate goal I will need to lose 48 more lbs.

My Program:
I eat between 1200 - 1500 calories per day.
I do cardio 3 times a week. Twice a week Zumba and try to get a day in at the gym.
I do a small amount of strength training once a week and will increase that.
