I eat between 1200 - 1500 calories per day. I do cardio 3 times a week. Twice a week Zumba and try to get a day in at the gym. I do a small amount of strength training once a week and will increase that.
Thanks for stopping by to read my blog "Surprises". Isn't it funny, I move through my life trying to get through some of the fears I've built up in my mind. I'm convinced no one else feels this way. I post a blog and suddenly I find people who not only feel the way I do, but they truly understand how difficult it is to face these fears.
But I'm finding that the more I practice facing those fears, the stronger I become. We can do it! Let's keep moving forward. DJ
